In the evening of October 10, the last day of early voting, "Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections" received the following report from students of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics:

October 9, human rights activist Uladzimir Vialichkin was deprived of his accreditation as an observer at polling station No. 7 in the Maskoŭski district of Brest.

Observation of the election of the President of Belarus is carried out by activists of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee and the Human Rights Center "Viasna" in the framework of the campaign "Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections".

A journalist of the newspaper “Babrujski Kurjer Aleksandryna Hlaholeva told how over a hundred extra electors “voted early” at polling station No. 20.

Uladzimir Shyla, observer of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee at polling station №32 in Salihorsk, reports about the opening of the ballot box for the early voting during the dinner break at the polling station.

This was found out by the representative of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee Leanid Markhotka during the monitoring of the early voting.

384 out of 1,314 voters registered at precinct No. 5 in Smarhoń (29.2%) voted during the four days of early voting (October 6-9). 63.5% of them are women, 36.5% - men.

Zhana Shumskaya, master of school No. 22, chairperson of precinct election commission No. 33 in the Lieninski district of Hrodna, post at the polling station the protocols of voting that are filled in the wrong way.

The number of those who want to want early is growing every day at polling station No. 2 in Hlusk. On October 6, the first day of the early voting, there voted 53 electors, on October 9, according to the PEC protocol, the number increased to 188 people.

A number of politicians and public figures have called on people to take part in the rally and procession on October 10 in central Minsk. People were told to come to Svabody Square at 5 p.m. and then proceed to Yakub Kolas Square under national white-red-white flags.

A member of the Movement "For Freedom" Leanid Haravy from Haradok (Viciebsk region) was deprived of his observer accreditation and removed from the polling station.

Investigation Committee found no corpus delicti in the actions of the riot police in Mahilioŭ, who were accused of threats and humiliation of human dignity.

The early voting started at the elections of President of the Republic of Belarus started on October 6 in conformity with the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus.
