Hlusk District Election Commission is incredibly quick at counting electors' votes
As stated by the observer of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee at the Hlusk District Election Commission, Ihar Kiryn, he managed to see the commission only at the end of the receipt of documents from PECs as he was busy observing the vote counting at polling station No. 2. Together with him, the receipt of documents from the PEC was monitored by observers of the OSCE.
Chairman of the Hlusk DEC didn't let the observer familiarize with the final protocols of voting, received from other PECs of the Hlusk district. The commission didn't post the report about the results of the voting in the Hlusk district, either. The chairman of the commission said that he had voiced the numbers and was in a hurry as he had to transport the documents to the regional election commission in Mahilioŭ.
Ihar Kiryn states that he is very surprised at such prompt calculation of votes in the Hlusk district. During the elections of 2010 the vote counting and reporting about their results took much more time.
