The official pointed the heads of the PECs at the low turnout at polling stations No. 6 and No. 7 and the need to do something with it. Chairperson of PEC No. 7 replied that the turnout could be increased only by decreasing the number of electors by crossing out some of those who wouldn't vote by 7.30 p.m. Director General offered them to try home voting. The heads of the commissions answered that it was more than 6 p.m. and therefore it was impossible to enter new surnames in the lists for home voting.

One of the deputy heads of asked what observers the PECs had. Being answered that there were some observers from the Belarusian Popular Front, the official answered that they were getting $1,000 for their work. Aleh Pashkevich regards it as an attempt to discredit independent observers.
