Babrujsk: number of applications for home voting doesn't match the number of those who want to vote early
Independent observers in Babrujsk say that members of election commission state very large numbers of those who want to vote at home. However, when independent observers join them for monitoring the home voting, only single observers vote.
“There were 289 applications for home voting at polling station No. 93. However, only 19 persons voted when members of the commissions went to these addresses accompanied by independent observers. A similar situation is observed at polling station No. 58, only 5 people voted, though the stated number of applications for home voting was 158,” says an observer of the campaign “Right to Elect” Halina Smirnova.
