The photo that illustrates the media news about the voting of the presidential candidate Mikalai Ulakhovich also clearly indicates an electoral violation: a poster with the electoral slogan of another candidate, incumbent president Lukashenka, “For Freedom of Independent Belarus!” is hanging right over the ballot box!
Let us remind that Article 45 of the Electoral Code bans the placement of any campaigning materials for the period of voting both in the rooms where voting is held and the buildings where the polling stations are located.
This violation was registered at polling station No. 54 in Bielaruskaja Street, 21, a dormitory of the Belarusian State Technological University.
