Hrodna Regional Election Commission won't work because of sitting of Eurasian Inter-governmental Council
The information that the Hrodna Regional Election Commission won't work on September 8, was published at the official website of the Hrodna Regional Executive Committee.
The reason is that a sitting of the Eurasian Inter-governmental Council, attended by the Russian Prime-Minister Dmitriy Medvedev, is held in Hrodna.
Here's the full text of the announcement: “The Hrodna Regional Commission on elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus informs you that due to the conduct of a sitting of the Eurasian Inter-governmental Council in Hrodna on September 8, 2015, the duty at the Commission will not be implemented. We apologize and ask you to apply during other days."
