Hrodna region: democratic parties nominate 54 persons to polling station election commissions
The democratic parties participating in the presidential election have nominated 54 contenders to the polling station election commissions of the Hrodna region.
According to Aliaksandra Vasilevich, head of the United Civil Party’s Hrodna regional office, the branch has nominated 25 representatives to local election commissions, with 10 persons in Hrodna and the remaining candidates in Astraviec, Ašmiany and Iŭje districts.
Vadzim Saranchukou, chairman of the BPF’s regional branch, the party has nominated 7 persons to the precinct election commissions of Hrodna. Another 6 people have been nominated in Slonim district.
The Belarusian Party of the Left "Fair World" has nominated 16 persons to the polling station election commission across the region, according to the party’s local leader Pavel Staneuski. Three of them have been nominated in Hrodna, 8 people in Lida and 5 persons in Slonim.
