Early voting won't be held at 43 precincts in Homieĺ region
1,070 polling stations have been established in Homieĺ region, including 43 polling stations, at which no early voting will be held. Two such polling stations were establushed on the basis of police departments and the units of the internal military forces.
As reported by the Police Department of Homieĺ Regional Executive Committee, a polling station was also establushed at military unit No. 5525 (internal forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), but early voting will be held there.
Early voting won't take place at polling station No. 32, located in the activity therapy center in Svetlahorsk.
20 premises for voting (with participation of ambulatory election commissions) will be provided by the internal affairs bodies at the remand prison in Homieĺ, the arrest house of correctional colony No. 20 in Mozyr and temporary detention facility No. 18.
The Police Department of Homieĺ Regional Executive Committee reports about the prompt receipt of all legal acts, issued by the local executive committees, as well as other information on the elections. "In general, the internal affairs bodies of Homieĺ region are ready to ensure the protection of public order during the election campaign", says the police department.
