Mozyr: election observer learns about meeting on establishment of polling stations after its end
Mozyr human rights activist, participant of the election monitoring Uladzimir Tseliapun came to the conclusion, that the local authorities don't hurry to carry out resolution of the Central Election Commission №22 of July 1, 2015.
The normative act stipulates that the information on the preparation and holding of presidential elections is published in local newspapers and posted on the websites of executive committees. This also applies to decisions on the formation of polling stations for the elections.
"Mozyr authorities didn't publish on the website of Mozyr District Executive Committee and the appropriate section dedicated to the elections any adverts about the sitting dedicated to the establishment of the electoral precincts, determination of their places and the location of the precinct election commissions.
There were no adverts on the website (I look it through several times a day), I wasn't warned about it or allowed there on the phone either. Only on August 7 the website of the executive committee presented a posterior information about the establishment of the polling stations,” commented Mr. Tseliapun.
