"Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections" have received an E-mail with contained information about using the service of internal messages of the Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification to organize the collection of signatures for the incumbent President.
A relevant screenshot (in the photo) has been attached.
“BSISC works in a very interesting way: “Those who have their passports with them, meed to come to the personnel department and sign in support of the incumbent President. The photo in Facebook was shared by a participant of the EOTP project. The place of events is BSISC,” reads the letter to human rights activists.
