Number of polling stations in Baranavičy gets bigger

Second sitting of Baranavičy City Territorial Election Committee has been held in the building of Baranavičy City Executive Committee. Three questions have been considered there: the determination of the number and borders of the electoral precincts, the payment to members of TECs and the schedule of duty in August.

The head of organizational and personnel department of Baranavičy CEC Tatsiana Chylik presented a list of 68 polling stations for voting at the elections. She informed members of TECs that she had personally visited and checked all polling stations. However, as a new suburb, “Baraŭki, appeared in Baranavičy, there appeared the necessity to establish electoral precinct No. 68, on the territory of which some 3,000 electors are currently living. All members of the TEC voted for the establishment of 68 electoral precincts. The list of the precincts will be considered at a sitting of Baranavičy City Executive Committee not later than August 9.

The TEC also approved the schedule of duty of members of the commission in August, and established a payment for the members of the TEC in the amount of 44,000 rubles for one watch.
