Hlusk: district election commission formed in 5 minutes
On July 21, a joint meeting of the Presidium of the District Council of Deputies and the Hlusk district executive committee formed the district election commission. The meeting was attended by a representative of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee, Ihar Kiryn.
The observer says that the formation of the district election commission in Hlusk took only 5 minutes.
The meeting voted in favor of a list of 11 nominees announced by a representative of the executive committee. There was no discussion of the proposed candidates, and those present did not ask a single question.
Ihar Kiryn said that the approved composition of the district election commission has six members who earlier worked as election officials during the previous presidential election, while five people are new members.
