After the spontaneous rally and procession on October 11 the police detained not only five activists of the anarchist movement who spent the night in the detention center in Akrestsin Street, but also the participants of an art performance, Yury Ursa and Yauhen Amelkau.

These two persons were charged under Art. 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, disorderly conduct. At about 11.30 a.m. on October 12 all detainees were released from the Kastryčniki District Police Department of Minsk after giving written undertakings to appear at court when they would be summoned there by writs.

We should also remind that that police gave charges under Art. 23.34, participation in an unauthorized mass event, to 17-year-old Yahor Skrabneuski. He was taken to a rout taxi parked near the Red Church, but was released from it right after the compiling of the violation report.
